Micro Product Factory provides paid, source-based business diagnostics and digital audit reports. By ordering a service you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.

What we provide

Each product page describes its specific deliverables and one-time price. Free previews are preliminary, and paid reports may require additional source material or human review. We do not promise a particular financial result or recovery amount. Your completed audit will be delivered within 4 hours after verified payment and receipt of all required files.

Customer materials and responsibility

You represent that you are authorized to submit any company records, employee or customer information, audio recordings, and other source material supplied for analysis. You remain responsible for assessing findings before taking business, legal, tax, safety, employment or financial action. Reports are informational diagnostics and not a substitute for licensed professional advice.

Payments, requests and corrections

Payments are processed through Stripe. After checkout, use the private intake to submit relevant business materials. If your records are incomplete, we may request additional information before completing the audit. For corrections, questions, delivery issues or refund requests, contact hello@microproductfactory.com with your order reference. Refund requests are assessed based on the service status and applicable law.

Customer business name and logo in marketing

Business identity permission. If you purchase on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorized to grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, revocable permission to display that business’s name and unaltered public-facing logo on our website, customer-list sections, presentations and other promotional materials solely to identify the business as a Micro Product Factory customer. This permission applies whether or not you submit a rating or review. It does not give us ownership of your trademarks, the right to modify them materially, or permission to imply that you endorse specific claims or results.

Control and withdrawal. You may opt out before publication or withdraw this permission at any time by emailing hello@microproductfactory.com. We will stop new use and remove the logo from our controlled digital marketing within a reasonable period after verifying the request. Where brand rights or authority cannot be confirmed, we will not publish the logo.

Reviews are separate. Using a customer’s name or logo as a client identifier never authorizes us to quote their review, publish a star rating, disclose confidential materials or claim their endorsement. Any public testimonial requires a separate affirmative permission.

Privacy and confidentiality

Customer source records, billing information and private reports are not marketing content. We use and protect these materials as described in our Privacy Policy. Do not transmit sensitive records through ordinary email if a secure intake is available.

Early-stage service

Micro Product Factory is improving its products through early customer use. Features and reporting formats may change, but we remain responsible for the deliverables agreed for a paid order.
