Frequently asked questions

Clear answers about what we review, how we protect your files, and what happens after checkout.

What is included in the paid audit?

A product-specific review of submitted records, prioritized findings and practical next steps. The exact deliverables and prices appear on each product page.

How many freight invoices are included in the $399 audit?

Up to 100 invoices or 500 charge lines, whichever comes first, for one carrier during up to 90 consecutive days. Include the matching rate agreements, shipment records, and relevant surcharge schedules. Larger batches or additional carriers require a separate quote or additional audit.

Do I need to upload every document?

No. Start with relevant records you are permitted to share. Better evidence helps us distinguish real discrepancies from missing data; we may ask for additional materials.

What kinds of files should I share to get the most out of the audit?

For your purchased audit, include records covering the same dates, location, project, or shipments so we can match the figures across sources. Original reports are more useful than screenshots or high-level summaries.

Accepted uploads: PDF, DOCX, TXT, or Markdown files (up to 4 MB each). Paid Home-Service Call QA also accepts short MP3, M4A, or WAV recordings (up to 4 MB); longer calls can be provided as authorized transcripts. For a spreadsheet or CSV export, save relevant tables as a readable PDF or paste the text: direct XLSX and CSV uploads are not currently supported. Paid intake supports multiple files, subject to each product's published scope and file size requirements.

Suggested reporting windows and supporting documents:

  • Restaurant Margin Audit: The most recent 3–6 consecutive months of P&Ls, POS sales, food-cost or inventory records, payroll/labor summaries, vendor invoices, and delivery-platform statements for the same months. Add prior-year figures if available.
  • Freight Invoice Overcharge Audit: Roughly 30–90 days of carrier invoices and corresponding shipment/BOL records, with rate agreements, fuel and accessorial schedules, credits, and rebills effective for those shipments.
  • Home-Service Call QA: Representative booked and unbooked calls from the last 2–4 weeks, plus transcripts/authorized short recordings, the booking script, dispatch rules, and booking outcomes.
  • Change-Order Leak Detector: One project from original contract/scope through its latest invoice or closeout: change requests, approvals, field tickets, daily logs, progress bills, and final invoices.
  • Proposal-to-Invoice Leakage Audit: One engagement over 1–2 complete billing cycles (or from proposal to final invoice), including SOW/proposal, change requests, timesheets or completed-work records, invoices, and credits.

These are suggestions, not minimum requirements. Clearly identify the time period and locations, send what you have, and only share materials you are authorized to provide.

How long does delivery take?

Your completed audit will be delivered within 4 hours after verified payment and receipt of all required files.

Will a person review my audit?

Yes. Customer-ready paid audits are reviewed before delivery. Early screening and extraction can be automated, but unverified flags are not treated as proven findings.

Is my information private?

Your source documents are stored privately and are not published as testimonials. Only submit information you are authorized to share. Payment card details are handled by Stripe.

Can an audit guarantee recovered revenue or cost savings?

No. We identify evidence-backed opportunities or possible issues; recoverability depends on contracts, records and operational facts. We distinguish estimates and hypotheses from verified discrepancies.

What happens after checkout?

Stripe redirects you to a secure intake page. Submit your records there. You will receive confirmation of the order and separately of the documents we receive.

What if I need help, a correction or a refund?

Email hello@microproductfactory.com with your order reference. We review fulfillment issues, evidence corrections and refund requests individually under our terms.

Will you publish my business name, logo, or feedback?

Our purchase Terms grant limited, revocable permission to identify your business by its public name and logo in marketing even if you never write a review; you can opt out at any time. Written feedback and star ratings are private unless you separately authorize a public testimonial. We never publish your uploaded source materials.
