Dematerialize uses information you submit to provide the requested digital product, process payments, operate the service, prevent abuse, and measure product performance.

Customer materials

Process documents, scripts, transcripts, and other uploaded materials are treated as customer-provided source material. Do not upload information you are not authorized to provide.

Payments

Payment information is handled by our payment processor. Dematerialize does not need to store full card details.

Analytics

We may collect page views, referral information, campaign parameters, and conversion events to understand whether the product is useful and to improve acquisition and product performance.

Post-delivery feedback and public marketing

After a report is delivered, we may request a voluntary 1–5 star rating and written feedback. All ratings are kept privately for service improvement unless you explicitly authorize publication of a specific review. Public testimonials are reviewed before display. Customer materials and private audit reports are never published as testimonials.

Our Terms of Service separately describe limited permission to display a business customer's public name and logo as a client identifier, even where no review was written. You may opt out or request withdrawal at any time by contacting us. We do not treat client identification as endorsement of our findings.
